Global Philanthropic Australia franchise

Management buy-out of Global Philanthropic Australia franchise. Global Philanthropic Holdings Board is pleased to announce the successful management buy-out of the Australian franchise selling the remaining shareholding in the company. The Group CEO and Founder, Ben Morton Wright commented; “we have had a very productive and successful partnership with the Australian franchise team but after 10 years and by mutual agreement it is an appropriate moment to go our separate ways”. Principal Consultant in Australia and New Zealand Dr Daniel McDiarmid said, “Through Global Philanthropic we brought a new standard of consulting in fundraising to this region in 2004. Since then we have worked with more than 200 clients who have raised more than $500million. The separation of the firms will enable each to more finely tune its client services and we also look forward to co-operating on the upcoming Global Philanthropic UK Advancement Tour.” The Worldwide Group has undergone significant growth in recent years and through this sale we have now moved fully to a wholly owned international Group throughout the world; a strategic objective we set in 2012 and have now fully realised. Australia remains an important market for our work in Education and Heath and in future we will also focus on our work with Ultra High net worth Individuals and Foundations. The franchise will trade under a new name from 1st July 2015 and the group will be making an announcement on new arrangements in October; meanwhile the Hong Kong office will coordinate the work across Asia. The Group CEO Ben Morton Wright commented; “This is a very exciting moment in the Group’s development having grown extremely rapidly in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America; as one integrated group with the same ownership worldwide we can operate with more strategic focus as we diversify our services in the philanthropic marketplace”.
